Return Policy

Returns Policy


Customers who purchased products from Firsthub can return the products if they;

  • Sustained any physical damage
  • Miss parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Different from what you have ordered in terms of color, specifications, etc.
  • You initiate the return within 10 days of receiving the product.

When you choose to purchase a product listed on our website, it is mentioned explicitly that some products are non-returnable. Those products cannot be returned to Firsthub.


How to return products?

  • Login to your Firsthub account and go to the ‘Orders’ section.
  • Choose the product from your order history that you want to return.
  • Choose a reason for the return and continue.

You can also choose the method by which you prefer to receive the payment made for the products purchased.


Returns Policy

Firsthub looks to serve our clients with the best Refund Policy. When we receive your request for returns or an intimation from the seller about your return request, we issue a refund to the original mode of payment, your account or as gift vouchers on Firsthub. It also depends if the order was prepaid or paid on delivery.

The following is the timeline for the refund to take effect:


Prepaid Orders

  • Firsthub Voucher: 24 Hours
  • Credit/Debit Card: 2 Days
  • Net Banking: 2 Days
  • UPI Linked Bank Account: 2 Days

Pay on Delivery Orders

  • Firsthub Voucher: 24 Hours
  • Credit/Debit Card: 2 Days
  • Net Banking: 2 Days
  • Paper Cheque: 2 Days

Replacement Policy

Customers can request replacements of products if they wish to do so if they meet the following conditions:

  • Different from what you have ordered in terms of color, specifications, etc.
  • You initiate the return within 10 days of receiving the product.

Notes to keep in mind while requesting a replacement

  • A request for a free replacement cannot be placed for an item that was already replaced once.
  • If you find your product to miss any accessories or parts, you may contact the manufacturer for the same. The contact details of the manufacturer are usually available on the product.
  • If you find that the product that you bought is not eligible for a free replacement and you do not wish to keep the product, you can return the same for a refund.
